As the founder and Honorary President of the Slovak–Moroccan Chamber of Commerce, Andrea Flimelová perceives this institution as the fulfilment of a profound vision that goes beyond the framework of traditional business cooperation.

František Kašický | Vice President for Strategic Diplomacy & International Partnerships

With many years of experience in high-level politics and diplomacy, František Kašický brings extensive expertise and strategic insight, enabling him to perceive geopolitical, economic, and cultural relations in a broader context. His knowledge and perspective significantly strengthen the strategic position of the Chamber within the international environment.

In his role, he focuses on providing strategic support to the Chamber’s leadership during key business and diplomatic negotiations. He actively builds and strengthens bilateral relations with relevant institutions, embassies, and business partners. He regularly represents the Chamber at high-level meetings, conferences, and international forums, where he effectively presents its vision and interests.

In addition, he provides expert advice in the preparation of business missions, investment projects, and partnership initiatives. His extensive experience across both public and private sectors is an invaluable contribution to shaping the Chamber’s long-term vision and international strategy.

Katarína Brestovanská | Strategic Advisor for Key Events & Public Relations

With a high level of professionalism and precision, Katarína Brestovanská oversees the preparation and implementation of representative events, conferences, and business missions that are not only functional, but also meaningful and value-driven.

She is responsible for building the Chamber’s positive public image and actively manages communication with the public, partners, and media. As the author of PR strategies and media outputs, she reflects the Chamber’s values while connecting business with culture and humanity.

Her expertise in non-violent communication profoundly influences the way the Chamber approaches relationships — in diplomatic, business, and social contexts alike.

Through her authentic and human approach, she creates events that open space for dialogue, connect cultures, and build trust between partners from Slovakia and Morocco.

Katarína Zvadová | Head of the Energy Committee 

Katarína Zvadová brings more than 30 years of experience in Slovakia’s energy sector and a deep understanding of its professional landscape. She has a long-standing role as Head of Secretariat at the Slovak Gas and Oil Association and serves internationally as Secretary of the International Gas Union’s Marketing and Communications Committee.

Throughout her career, she has brought energy professionals, companies and institutions together through conferences, industry events and international meetings. At the Chamber, she leads the Energy Committee for Slovakia  supports professional dialogue and helps create opportunities for cooperation between the energy sector in our region and Moroccan partners.

Her experience in connecting people and perspectives across the energy sector strengthens the Chamber’s ability to understand the needs of the industry and build relationships that can grow into concrete initiatives and long-term partnerships.

Nella Flimel | Business Missions & Delegation Coordinator

Nella Flimelová coordinates communication and practical arrangements for the Chamber’s business missions and delegations. She keeps clients, participants and partners informed, supports the preparation of mission programmes and helps ensure that the necessary arrangements are in place before and during each visit.

Working closely with the Chamber’s President, Nela provides a welcoming and reliable point of contact throughout the process. Her role helps participants stay informed and allows the programme to run smoothly.

Mohamed Ait Tougant | Senior Cultural and Hospitality Liaison

Thanks to his long-standing experience in the field of cultural mediation and hospitality, he serves as a bridge between cultures, traditions and people, ensuring that institutional, business and diplomatic engagements take place in a spirit of mutual respect, cultural sensitivity and authentic hospitality. His work is grounded in the belief that meaningful cooperation is built not only through formal frameworks, but above all through personal connection, trust and a deep understanding of local context.

In his role, he focuses on supporting cultural exchange, accompanying high-level visits and initiatives, and creating an environment in which partners feel welcomed, understood and naturally connected. Drawing on his experience in cultural mediation and hospitality, he helps transform dialogue into lived experience and strengthen relationships that extend beyond protocol.

He believes that culture and hospitality are not complementary elements, but an integral part of sustainable international cooperation. These values underpin the Chamber’s mission to build lasting, values-based partnerships that benefit both countries on an economic, social and human level.
